Why a company is named after an element
The company was founded in 2013, in North County San Diego, on an observation anyone who has ever called an IT vendor will recognise: the technology is rarely the problem. The problem is the phone tree, the ticket that sits over a weekend, the engineer who has never seen your systems, and the invoice that arrives with a number nobody warned you about.
So the company got named for the material used where a connection is not allowed to degrade. That is the standard the name commits us to, and it is a standard you can measure: how fast someone answers, whether the same team is still with you next month, and whether the fix holds.
The rest follows from that. The helpdesk is 100% California-based and staffed in English and Spanish, because a business is not supported if half of the people in it cannot describe the problem comfortably. Pricing is published on the service pages rather than quoted behind a discovery call. When you call, you're not sent into an endless phone tree or overseas call center.
