IT services for financial firms in North County San Diego
Managed IT for advisors, accountants, and lenders whose whole business is other people's money and other people's data.

Advisors, accountants, bookkeepers, and lenders in Carlsbad, Encinitas, Escondido, and across North County San Diego hold the two things attackers want most: money in motion and personal financial data at rest. We manage the devices, the identities, and the Microsoft 365 tenant that sit between the two, with a California-based helpdesk that answers in under five minutes and monitoring that does not go home at six.
Where it hurts
What we hear from financial firms before they switch.
Client data is the whole product
Statements, tax documents, account numbers, and identity documents live in your email and your file storage. Losing them, or losing control of them, is not an IT incident. It is a client relationship ending.
Wire fraud arrives by email
The realistic threat is not a movie hack. It is a convincing message from a compromised mailbox, at the worst possible moment in a transaction, that nobody thought to question.
Somebody will ask how you protect it
A custodian questionnaire, an insurer, an examiner, or a large client will eventually ask what controls you run. Answering that from memory, once a year, is not a control.
Market hours have no slack in them
There is no good time for a failed update, but there are very bad ones. Maintenance belongs outside the hours your team is executing in.
Your team is not in one office
Advisors work from client sites, home offices, and airports. A perimeter you can draw around a building stopped describing the business years ago.
How we cover it
The same four services, pointed at where a financial firm's risk actually sits.
- Se
Cyber Security+
The Microsoft 365 tenant is where the exposure lives, so it is where we spend. The whole tenant is backed up independently of Microsoft and structured for real recovery, and Microsoft Security alerts are triaged 24/7/365 by a person, not left in a console until Monday. As Microsoft ships new controls we turn them on and tune them, so your Secure Score climbs instead of standing still.
- Dm
Device Management
Every endpoint that touches client data is enrolled, patched, running managed antivirus, and monitored in real time, whether it is in the office or on a kitchen table. New machines are configured and secured before they reach the person who will use them, and disruptive maintenance runs outside market hours.
- Hd
Helpdesk
When something looks wrong, the speed of the answer is the control. Your team calls a California-based engineer and reaches one in under five minutes, in English or Spanish, with a 30-minute response guarantee. Unlimited tickets, because the question you want asked is the suspicious email nobody wanted to bother IT about.
- M3
Microsoft 365
Deployment, migration, and licensing handled by the same team that answers the phone, so identities, permissions, and sharing settings are set up deliberately rather than inherited from whoever stood the tenant up.
Data protection, and what we will and will not claim
Financial firms are held to data protection expectations by regulators, custodians, insurers, and their own clients. Those obligations are yours, and they are not something an IT vendor can sign away or confer on you. We will not tell you that hiring us makes your firm compliant with anything.
What we operate is the ordinary, unglamorous set of controls those expectations are usually built out of: managed and monitored endpoints, patching on a schedule, managed antivirus, an independent and recoverable copy of your Microsoft 365 data, security alerts watched around the clock, and access that is granted deliberately and removed when someone leaves. If a questionnaire asks what you run, we will answer it with you and tell you where we think you are thin.
Where a requirement needs a specific attestation, a specific retention period, or an opinion about your obligations, that is a conversation for your compliance counsel, and we will say so rather than guess. Start with Cyber Security+ and we will tell you honestly what it does and does not cover.
Frequently asked questions
Does Microsoft not already back up our email?
- Not the way you need. Microsoft guarantees the service is available; their own shared-responsibility model puts protecting the data on you. A deletion, a ransomware event, or a departing employee can all cost you data that Microsoft is under no obligation to return. That is what the tenant backup in Cyber Security+ is for.
Can you help us answer a custodian or insurer security questionnaire?
- Yes. We answer the technical sections with you, tell you plainly which answers are strong and which are not, and scope the gaps. We do not fill in an answer we cannot stand behind.
Our advisors work from anywhere. Can you support that?
- Yes. Devices are managed and monitored wherever they are, and support is remote first, so a laptop in a home office is supported exactly like one in the office. Most issues are resolved without anyone scheduling a visit.
What do you do about a suspicious email?
- Send it to the helpdesk, or call. Checking a message is a normal ticket, tickets are unlimited, and we would much rather look at fifty safe ones than miss the wire request that was not.
Do you have a minimum size?
- No. Pricing is per user, per device, and per licensed mailbox, so a three-person practice pays for three people. Solo advisors and small accounting practices are a normal size for us.
Ready when you are.
Tell us how many people you have, what you run today, and what an examiner or a large client has asked you lately. We respond within one business hour, in English or Spanish.
