The contact form is a Microsoft Form, on Microsoft's site
Our contact form is a Microsoft Form. It is not embedded in this website and it is not a form this website runs: the button on our contact pages is a link, and it opens the form in a new tab on Microsoft's own site. Nothing about the form loads here, so simply reading our pages sends nothing to Microsoft.
When you fill the form in, your answers go from your browser to Microsoft and land in our Microsoft 365 account. This website never receives, reads, or stores them. Their handling of it is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
The form asks for the details we need in order to reply and to understand what you are asking about, which will normally be your name, a way to contact you, and your message. Whatever you enter, we use it to answer you. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
If you would rather not use the form at all, the phone number beside it and the email address at the foot of this page reach the same people, and nothing is lost by using them instead.
The pricing calculator
The sliders on the pricing calculator run entirely in your browser. The numbers you move are used to work out a monthly figure on your own device and are never sent to us.
If you press the button that takes your estimate to the contact section, the page writes a one-line summary of it onto the screen for you to read or copy. That line stays in the page you are looking at. It is not stored, not transmitted, and it is gone the moment you navigate away, because the form is Microsoft's, on their own site, and this page cannot write into it.
Hosting and server logs
This site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare serves the pages, stores the content our team edits, and hosts the images. As part of serving any website, it processes standard request information including your IP address, the page you asked for, and your browser's user-agent string.
We do not use that information to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything else. This site keeps no visitor database of its own.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no cross-site tracking of its own.
- au:hero-assembled
- A single session-storage entry, set on the home page. It records that you have already watched the opening sequence so that it does not replay every time you come back. It holds the value 1 and nothing else, it is not a cookie, it is never sent to our server, and your browser discards it when you close the tab.
- A staff sign-in cookie
- The content management area at /admin sets a session cookie when a member of our team signs in to edit the site. It exists only for signed-in staff. If you are a visitor, it is never set.
Third parties
No third-party content of any kind loads on this site. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising or remarketing pixels, no social media embeds, no chat widget, and no embedded frames. There is no font request to an outside server either, because the typefaces are served from this site itself. Reading these pages contacts nobody but our own host.
Two outside services are involved. Cloudflare hosts the site. Microsoft hosts the contact form we link to, on their own site, and holds the responses to it. Those are the complete list.
How long things are kept
Form responses stay in our Microsoft 365 account while we are talking with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them as a business record. Any email we exchange with you sits in our inbox on the same basis. The session-storage entry described above lasts until you close the tab.
Your requests
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. That includes anything you sent through the contact form, which we can retrieve and delete from our Microsoft account. Write to the address at the foot of this page and say what you want done. We will confirm the request and act on it. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to these things, and we would do them regardless.
We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold any in the past twelve months.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the foot of this page changes with it, and a material change is noted here rather than made quietly.
How to reach us
Privacy questions and requests reach the same people who answer the phone.
