Device management and monitoring in North County San Diego
Proactive workstation and server management, with the repair labor already covered on every device you run.
- 24/7
- Remote management
- After hrs
- Maintenance
Every laptop, desktop, and server you depend on is kept patched, protected, and watched. When a machine needs hands-on work, the labor is already covered. When it needs watching, our RMM platform is already doing it, often fixing the problem before you notice it.
What's included
A flat rate per device covers the labor, the patching, the antivirus, and the monitoring.
Covered labor for repairs
System repairs are part of the plan, not a surprise invoice. If a managed device needs work, the labor is included.
Patch management
Operating system and application updates are tested and rolled out on schedule, so nothing drifts out of date.
Performance troubleshooting
Slow machines get diagnosed and tuned, from disk and memory pressure to the software that is really to blame.
Antivirus management
We deploy, monitor, and maintain antivirus across every managed device, and act on what it reports.
After-hours maintenance
The disruptive work, the reboots, upgrades, and deep maintenance, runs outside your business hours.
New device setup
New machines are configured, secured, and enrolled in monitoring before they reach the person who will use them.
Proactive device monitoring
Health and update monitoring on every endpoint through our remote monitoring and management platform, with real-time remote support that resolves most issues without an on-site visit.
Every platform you run
Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS are all managed from one console.
The hardware we support
Apple, Windows, Linux, and Android endpoints, plus the network and workplace hardware around them: Ubiquiti, uGreen, and Framework. If it runs your business, it can be enrolled.
How pricing works
$29.87per device, per month
A flat monthly rate for every managed device, covering the labor, the patching, the antivirus, and the monitoring. Count the devices, not the surprises.
Who it's for
Device management is for businesses in Carlsbad, Oceanside, San Marcos, and across North County that want their hardware to be someone else's job.
- Offices with a mix of Windows and Mac, plus the phones and tablets that never sit still.
- Teams tired of paying by the hour every time a machine acts up.
- Anyone who would rather a problem be caught by monitoring than reported by a frustrated employee.

Every service, one promise.
The thirty-minute window covers every ticket you raise during staffed hours, whichever service it came in under. Go past it and the ticket escalates to a principal instead of sitting in the queue, and you hear from us about it rather than having to ask.

How it fits with the rest
Device management keeps the endpoint healthy and patched. Protecting the Microsoft 365 tenant those devices sign into, the mailboxes, the files, and the alerts, is Cyber Security+. Healthy devices and a protected tenant are two halves of the same job.
It matters most where a stopped machine stops billable work or trading. See device management for law firms and financial firms.
Frequently asked questions
Which devices qualify?
- Apple, Windows, and Linux computers and servers, plus Android mobile devices, and the network and workplace hardware around them, including Ubiquiti, uGreen, and Framework. If it runs your business, it can be enrolled and monitored from one console.
What labor is covered, and what counts as a project?
- Day-to-day repairs, patching, tuning, and antivirus work are covered by the monthly rate. Larger planned work, like a migration, a network rebuild, or a rollout, is scoped as a project. We tell you which is which before any work starts.
How does the monitoring work?
- Our remote monitoring and management platform watches the health and update status of every managed device in real time and lets us support it remotely. Most issues are resolved before anyone has to schedule an on-site visit.
How do you onboard a new device?
- We configure it, secure it, install antivirus, and enroll it in monitoring before it reaches the user. New-device setup is part of the plan, not a separate charge.
